How (and why) we keep doing Plone Classic

Plone Classic is still a thing for us. I want to tell you our story and how we build this kind of sites.
We have a big list of clients with all kind of sites, and we keep doing Classic sites with them. Why? How? That's the story I want to tell and show.
Lately most of the Plone Development path has evolved to the frontend part led by the excellent Volto frontend. But what happens with the server-side-rendered Classic UI? Some of us keep doing viewlets and browser views in some of our sites.
We also have an in-house design team used to work with Plone and templates, and plain HTML, and sometimes for them and for us, it is easier or more convenient to work in the Classic UI part.
I will try to show you how we work.
